What do we do when it's raining?

We train in a spacious, covered area, so you’re always set no matter the weather.

Class location

Classes are held at Winston Heights Public School. There is adequate parking around the school.
Classes are held under a large cover next to the school hall.

At Impact, we keep it simple—no lock-in contracts, no stress. You’ll be part of our monthly recurring memberships, but if you ever need to cancel, you can do so anytime, no questions asked.

Which classes are best for someone just starting out and not feeling fit yet?

Every fitness level is catered for. You’re welcome to join any class time that suits you. Jaron will guide you to train at a pace and intensity that works perfectly for where you’re at right now.

What do I need to bring to the classes?

Just bring a large towel and a drink bottle, and you’re good to go. After your trial, we can chat about adding things like boxing gloves or resistance bands if needed. Please never drop the equipment

How to book classes

I have a booking app called Team-up. But for now you can book in via the set-up email that you created your profile with.

I am worried I will slow the class down

Don’t stress about slowing anyone down—our group sessions are designed to meet everyone at their own fitness level, so you’ll always feel supported and never out of place. Plus, the group thrives on encouragement, so you’ll find everyone cheering you on, not waiting on you.

Do classes cater for both ladies and men?

Absolutely, our classes are designed to cater to both women and men equally. Every session is structured to ensure that everyone, regardless of gender, receives the same level of attention, guidance, and support to help them achieve their fitness goals. We focus on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where every individual feels valued and empowered.

What if I already have an underlying illness or injury?

Don’t let an injury or illness hold you back—I work with people managing these challenges all the time. Every session includes tailored variations to ensure you can train safely and effectively while building strength and confidence at your own pace.

Monthly costs

All memberships are monthly recuring. You have complete control over your memberships, which means you can cancel, down grade or upgrade. Best to make any changes at least 48hrs before your membership is due to recur. Jaron is here to help.

Unlimited: $160 recuring a month
Balance: $140 recuring a month. 16 classes
Freestyle ten: $110 recuring a month 10 classes
Casual pass $14 per class
